My Mission

I am a Leadership Sidekick: a partner for leaders and organizations that not only want to deliver results but also want to remain effective in the long term.

What drives me is that moment when uncertainty gives way to clarity. When deadlocked situations are resolved. When leaders recognize their own effectiveness and don’t just have to take responsibility, but truly want to.

To achieve this, I combine three elements: the structure and clarity of consulting, the depth and reflection of coaching, and the skill of effective facilitation—the ability to guide groups to places they couldn’t reach on their own. Depending on the situation and needs, I emphasize one aspect more than another, always with the goal of achieving results.

My approach is solution-oriented, direct, and characterized by pragmatism and a practical focus. I believe that the best answers are usually already there. My job is to create the right environment so that they can come to light.
